Developing Big-Timers, an organization that ultimately became a 501(c)(3) to serve disadvantaged children in Atlanta, was transformative to me.  I got the idea when I saw a massive divide between my experiences and the children at a school near my school.  I realized that besides lacking necessities, they also did not have the opportunity to interact with business leaders, sports stars, etc.  Hoping to bridge this divide, Big-Timers offered school supplies, facilitating relationships between kids and mentors and developing tools for a different future. 

I expected to open a world that had once seemed out of reach. I plan to continue to build on its mission.
